Infinite Water is selected to deliver a tertiary treatment solution to Light Regional Council

Infinite Water has been selected to provide a state-of-the-art tertiary treatment solution for Alano Water’s upgrade of Light Regional Councils sewerage treatment plant project. Our team will supply a 400KLD containerised treatment plant to treat effluent from their existing wastewater treatment plant and lagoons, allowing the township of Freeling in South Australia to meet its irrigation demands.

Our commercially viable solution is highly beneficial for the council and surrounding community, as there is currently limited water of suitable quality available for irrigation. Our technology enables them to meet their irrigation demands in a sustainable and cost-effective way, ensuring that the local community can thrive.

The treatment process will feature Cerafiltec's next-generation flat-sheet ceramic membrane filtration technology, known for its high-flux, superior mechanical and chemical resistance, and ease of maintenance. This is incorporated within a UF pre-treatment system, prior to a reverse osmosis (RO) plant which will be used to reduce salinity to produce low TDS water for irrigation.

At Infinite Water, we are committed to delivering innovative, reliable, and cost-effective treatment solutions to councils and utilities. If you're interested in learning how we can help with your water and wastewater treatment needs, don't hesitate to reach out to us!
